Our mission is to promote education, training, rehabilitation, and inclusion for the blind while actively advocating for their rights, dignity, and overall well-being.

Defender of Blind Right in Africa (DBRAF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of visually impaired individuals in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Incorporated in 2025 as a Company Limited by Guarantee, DBRAF operates with the goal of empowering the blind through education, training, advocacy, and support services.
