At DBRAF, we are dedicated to empowering visually impaired individuals in the Democratic Republic of Congo, ensuring they have the necessary tools, skills, and support to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Our mission is to promote education, training, rehabilitation, and inclusion for the blind while actively advocating for their rights, dignity, and overall well-being.

Defender of Blind Right in Africa (DBRAF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of visually impaired individuals in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Incorporated in 2025 as a Company Limited by Guarantee, DBRAF operates with the goal of empowering the blind through education, training, advocacy, and support services.
